Plain English, no surprises. This page explains what we collect on the public Keepsake Connect website and what we do not.
Basic first-party analytics
We use our own simple analytics to understand how the site and the self-guided demo are performing — which pages are viewed, whether a demo was started or completed, and which campaign link a visitor arrived from. A random anonymous ID is stored in your browser so we can count visits and sessions accurately.
Anonymous visitors stay anonymous
Anonymous visitors are not identified by name. We do not record names, email addresses, full IP addresses, precise location, or browser fingerprints. You are only identified if you choose to submit a contact message or a pilot application.
Information you submit is kept private
Contact messages and Founding Pilot Partner applications are stored privately and are visible only to the Fame to Frame team. They are never displayed publicly on this site.
We do not sell your data
We do not sell or share your information with advertisers. We do not use ad retargeting pixels, cross-site tracking, session replay, or keystroke recording.
Dealership customer data
Customer and vehicle records created inside the dealership portal are separate from this public website, are protected by per-dealership access controls, and are never included in website analytics.
